Changes Approved to ACC Officer Team

Schaumburg, IL: The American Conference of Cantors (ACC) is pleased to announce the following changes to the 2022-2025 ACC Officer Team: Cantor Josh Breitzer will assume, upon installation on June 8, 2022, the role of Vice President of Internal Policy & Administration and Cantor Leigh Korn will assume the role of Treasurer on July 8, 2022. The changes were approved by the ACC Plenum on Wednesday, June 1, 2022.

Upon the hiring of Cantor Erin Frankel as the new Director of Member Services, the administrative vice presidency was left vacant. The change to Cantor Breitzer's role and the addition of Cantor Korn completes the 2022-2025 ACC Officer Team led by Cantor Seth Warner, ACC President. The other members of the team are Cantor Deborrah Cannizarro, Vice President of Member Relations & External Partnerships; Cantor Mary Thomas, Vice President of Professional Development, External Policy & Placement; and Cantor Rebecca Moses, Secretary. 

Cantor Frankel's position replaces that of Cantor Gail Hirschenfang, ACC Director of Member Support from 2005 through 2022. Cantor Hirschenfang's retirement will be celebrated at the 2022 ACC Convention the week of June 6, 2022 in Chicago. Cantor Lizzie Weiss will be appointed to the seat vacated by Cantor Korn's election to the Officer Team at the June 9 Executive Board Meeting.
