2022 ACC Salary Survey

You will find the ACC's 2022 Salary Survey Executive Summary containing summary information about ACC member compensation and benefits for the 2022-23 fiscal year. As part of our commitment to salary transparency and our work with the Reform Pay Equity Initiative, this year's Executive Summary is available for our partner's use. While we welcome congregations review of the material in the executive summary, we caution you that only members of the ACC were invited to participate in this survey. ACC members are ordained or certified cantors serving in a variety of roles across North American and the world. If you have questions about the survey data, we invite you to contact a member of our senior staff

Partnership Documents

The documents below, created by a joint task force of the ACC and the CCAR, were endorsed by both organizations in 2005 in the spirit and support of a positive premise and role model for rabbinic-cantorial partnerships. The ACC recognizes the  importance of concretizing a platform from which to begin – and further build -- successful and constructive rabbinic-cantorial relationships. We hope that these documents will serve the memberships of both organizations well.  As each organization has endorsed these principles, we include them here with our governing documents.
