Stokes, the principal author of the “A Matter of Truth” report documenting 400 years of racial discrimination in Rhode Island and the City of Providence, Rhode Island Municipal Reparations Commission Final Report. Mr. Stokes is a vice chair of the Touro Synagogue Foundation in Newport, Rhode Island.
