Dear Friend,
We are very excited to share with you the opening of registration for the URJ 2011 Biennial in greater Washington, DC, from December 14th-18th. More than 4,000 Reform Jews will attend this formidable gathering. If you have been in previous years, then you know just how special it is. If you haven't been to a Biennial yet, it's an experience you won't want to miss! Please click here for more detailed information about the Biennial and the ACC (including registration information).
In addition, as part of the Biennial, there will be an Education Summit, recognizing that the ability to engage teens after they become B'nai Mitzvah is crucial. The process and program will focus on building skills, ideas and best practices as cantors deeply concerned about our work with teens in our congregations, day schools, camps, and youth programs. Please click here to read a very important letter from Susan Caro, with other movement leaders, about this significant program.
I look forward to sharing this experience with all of you!!
